I sit here, believe it or not crying...(yes, i have ALWAYS been a sap)....RL beckons with more than i can juggle with all the thrills and chills of wow. its a long, sad story....I have now stripped and deleted most of my chars. i have sent various things to people i knew could use the items or to theonebank for all the guild to benefit from. deleting "grace", the adorable siamese kitten schnubart rescued out of the depths of deadmines as a surprise for me, and then saying farewell to "sprocket" the very first critter creature schnubart put into my arms, just about broke me lol...i had to go find another box of tissue!! *laughs*.....i thought the "hard part" was over until it came to taking off my guild tabard....

"PLEASE NO! NOT the One Tabard!!" my heart wails.i thought of sending it to the onebank, but just havent brought myself to do it yet.

somehow, it was easy (in a rather difficult sense lol) to say goodbye to wow, than it has been to come to terms with not chatting with my second family anymore. this is the only reason i am thinking of leaving a rather cold, naked bluesdiva on the game...so if nothing else when i can, i can jump on and chat with everyone i will miss so terribly, the guild i refuse to completely "let go of". *sigh*

i can't begin to put into words how much each of you have come to mean to me. the kindess and love you show to perfect strangers is like a warm cup of tea on a cold Iron Forge day.

i do not know yet if we will discontinue my account, or just "put it on a hold" for awhile. i've deleted all my other chars on my other servers....bluesdiva is the only that remains (however naked and broke she is lol) because this is the only place i'd want to remain,..and the absolute first place i'd "come home" to if/when i am able to start actively playing again.

i am a terrible sap lol....but know i send my best wishes,
and all my love to each of you.

Apologies in advance for any typos or waffle!
I have decided (prob foolishly) to leave The One, a really hard decision to make tbh (and really emotional too). The reason....real life has gotten crazy busy these days meaning i never know when i can come online and quest with yee guys n gals. I've also wanted to see what some of the higher raids like ZG and MC are like to play, really just for fun rather than loot, and so am going to try and join in some other folks raids (if they'll have me, not even sure i'm ready for it!).
I want to say a HUGE thank you to EVERYONE in The One, you have all made my first mmorpg experience such a friendly and fun time. Little did I know after meeting Shalia in redridge that I would meet such great ppl! I couldn't have asked for better friends.
Els, you're a great leader and more importantly a great friend and i will miss our Feynman discussions! Swifty, take good care of her m8.
Schnur, the nicest gnome in all the world - you're a legend. Sonar u crazy dwarf, so funny! Val, Dim, Kyza, Noldor, Narul (stay off the V m8!) and everyone else - will miss ya loads. I have added half the guild to my friends list so ya can't escape me that easy!

Has the layout of the start page changed recently ? Previously the start page showed a list on the right hand side of every page/post that had changed recently. Now I feel I have to hunt around trying to find recent posts. For example Schnu's reply to my post in my profile.
