Welcome to the 1.12.0 patch, including:

• "Drums of War", the cross-realm Battleground update.
• World PvP where Horde/Alliance try to gain strategic positions.
• New rogue talent tree with all existing points refunded.
• Need before greed countdown timer extended when there's a BoP item.
• Add-ons can now send hidden chat messages. This will mean that CT_RAID will no longer need a separate channel but we'll all have to upgrade.
• Support for controlling iTunes via keys for playing, pausing, etc. but only on the Mac. Hurrah!

BTW: Downtime is until 16:00 game time on Wednesday. Time to break out the Guild Wars, Shinytoaster. :-P

Our [CT Raid Assist] page has been updated with the latest version. Older versions will not be compatible with the new version because there won't be a separate raid channel anymore.

Patch took me 5 mins and was only 16.3MB, the extra 3MB being that iTunes thing I'll bet.
Now I just need to wait for the server to wake up again.

Must be some huge patch on the servers, 18:00 and they are still not up.

They may never return again! What if they have to backpatch? <lol>

If you're using the new version of Cosmos with the 1.12 WoW patch, there's a bug in the Party Quest mod. If you're in a party or a raid and if you logout or get disconnected, when you come back, you get bounced right back to the login screen. To solve the problem (at least until an official new release is issued for Cosmos), disable the Party Quest mod.
