I went to a Halloween party last night and photos were indeed taken! For some reason I've forgotten how to add photos to this post, so I shall put some links to the photos. I was...a dead, bloody zombie thing.

Well its been a wired and wonderfull time that i've been having... Last weekend went to Camden Town for a spot of shopping, its a great place to go if you like to browse small shops selling every possable item under the sun. Got myself a new hat (been missing my old one ever since it went missing in a nightclub, snatched right off of my head). Also went to the Worlds End pub for a quick pint and discovered that is has another pub situated inside it!! how cool is that :o)

Also been farming for Dark Iron Ore for my Thorium Brotherhood Rep. Oh god its a drag but the end is in sight as i only need 96 Stacks to go (10 ore per stack). My thanks to Kalak and Shinytoster for their kind donations.

With real life still getting in the way of my all important WoW time, its been hard to plan any events or to commit to any which is something i reget. I am thankfull that this wonderfull guild is so forgiving. 

Anyway thats enough from me, must remind myself to get some pictures up in my profile sometime, that one of Wikket is Waaaaaaaaay old :o)

   A small tale of a missunderstanding...

Setting the scene.. 

    last night was Bonfire night to comemerate the Gunpowder Plot (see the Movie "V for Vendetta" for more info on this). In southampton there is a small airport used alot by small commercial airlines and private aircraft.

    It was late and foggy when over the radio came the voice of the co-pilot of a norwegen private plane calling Mayday, Mayday.... It seems that the piolt and co-pilot had never been to England around this time of year and was unaware of the reason for the large explosions and bright flashes they could see in the air and on the ground, they thought that war and been declaired and that Southampton was being bombed. The control tower had to quickly talk to the pilot to assure him that everything was ok and that he did not have to make an emergency landing.

This tale was told to me by the wife of one of the control tower staff. as scary was it might of been i was still in fits when i was told...  

It is with sad feelings I take Dimage out of the game.
She is my first and the one I have done all fun things with.
But my real life is taking more and more of my time.

I AM NOT DELETING HER!!!

But it´s easier to stay away from the game if I know that she is not in the guild anymore.
And with new appartment(that has to be fixed-up), new car, new work(that I have to learn) and promesis to my Girlfriend.
My time for game has ended up as werry small.

I do hope that I someday can wake Dimage up from her slumber and reunite her with the guild.
But as of Sunday(when I go to work again) she will be gone..

But as I said up on top. I´m not deleting her completely.
She will just be removed from the guild.
I even asked Elsh to do it for me since it is to hard to do it myself.

I like all of you and I will miss you alot.
But I will be lockin in on you from time to time as Zitana.
Just so you don´t forget me completely(like that would ever happen hehe)

On Saturday, November 11th, 2006, the Honourbound Alliance fielded their third Saturday attempt to bring down Hakkar, the end-boss in Zul'Gurub. I'm happy to report that, after bringing him down to 1% on our previous Saturday effort, this Saturday we successfully terminated his snaky self.

It was a tough fight and it looked like we were going to be stuck at 1% again, because 16 out of the twenty people in the raid had expired, including all the tanks. All we had left was a druid, a paladin, and two priests. Elsheindra jumped into the gap, spamming moonfire for all she was worth, and delivered the blow that dropped Hakkar to the ground.

Amid much cheering and jubilation, Trovlard (Paladin, The One) won the Heart of Hakkar. Rianna and Elsheindra (along with Trovlard), the top healers of the day, stopped long enough to take picture of their participation in this epic victory.

One year ago I created my World of Warcraft account.

The first few levels were spent wandering around without a guild.
I'd already met Elsheindra via a trial run of the game before.
We met outside of the bank in Stormwind, because I liked the dress she was wearing, a Blue Dress 'Made By Zim' I do believe it was.

After a while of being in contact via whispers to Elsheindra, it was suggested that I apply to join the guild. So I tentatively headed off to the website to fill in my application...

I was really nervous about my application, I really wasn't sure about what I should have put down on it.
It came around to joining the guild
I was contacted in game by the lesser spotted Zim, he helped me with some quests in and around Redridge. I joined the Guild I'm not sure when exactly (but I'm sure that Elsh has a record somewhere) and was assigned my mentor, Sonarakbadak. I remember various /bonk silliness as he helped me travel across the world.
There was also the time shortly (and I mean less than a week) after Valetta had gotten her epic mount that she had to walk me down to Booty Bay. Err Sorry for that

Any way, here I am a year later.
I've made some really good friends in the past year, and now I'm an Officer too! I'd never had thought!

Joining The One was definitly the best decision I'd made last year!
I guess in a way it's Kariandra's Birthday today.

I can't find how to attach a picture to the page, but I remember attaching one when I replied to a post before. So I shall reply to this with a picture!

Hello you lot...

Just a quick Hello to you lovely chaps (and lady-chaps), hopefully I should soon be online a little bit more often...

For the last month or so I've being running around like a mad thing, the reason for this is my wife is 14 weeks into our first pregnancy (Yipphee!!!!) - so I'm now having to finish all the DIY I promised to do

Just got the bathroom and the nursery to do... kitchen can wait

So hopefully I'll catch up with you guys over the next few days... and looking forward to saying Hi to the guys I've not chatted to before.

I'm sure after about another 26 weeks my life is gonna become even more hectic

Trips.

With the increase in Honourbound events and an influx of new people, we've made a change to the guild rules for initiates. Initiates will now have restricted access to end-game raid events of more than 10 people in The Honourbound Alliance until either they're promoted to full member or they're given permission by Elsheindra, the guild mistress.

Although we haven't had a problem with this yet, it has occurred with some of the other allied guilds. Initiates are usually people unknown to the guild. When you join an Honourbound event, you're representing The One. Your behaviour reflects back on the guild. When our members sign up for events, we want to be fully confident that they will represent the guild in a positive way, not be a source of problems.

Looks like MC is a no go tonight. With 10 minutes left before the start of the raid, the server is down.
Even if they do get it back up, I wonder how many people will have given up and gone elsewhere?
