Requires Level 70
Equip: Increases defense rating by +27
Equip: Improves your resilience rating by 19.

Requires:
10x Hardened Adamantite Bar
2x Primal Might
15x Primal Earth
1x Primal Nether

I will need to skill up my Blacksmithing first but hope to be able to craft within a few weeks.   Any donations of Thorium would be appreciated.
