Well as some of you know, I'm going to Vietnam on the 11th of April. I'll be there until the beginning of May. And my WoW prepaid game card expired this evening so I can't say bye in game. >.<

So i'll see you guys when I get back Maybe I'll leave a post or two when I'm over there but I'm hoping to not be on the computer too much :o

I have setup a Ventrilo voice comms server as I have a few games I play and it is something handy to have. It only supports a maximum of 8 clients at a time but if you want the details either PM me or email in game and Ill tell you. I dont really want to post them on here as anybody could use it.

If it is popular and used frequently I will change it over to Teamspeak as I believe that supports up to 100 clients. I find it handy for raiding or just having a chat whilst online!

All of you know that I haev not ben online to much.
I have missed alot and missed all of you even more.
It does look like things are changing to the better for me.
My free time is becoming longer and longer.
And It lookes like a WoW time at the end of the long tunnel.
Can´t say when I´ll be back.

Hello all,

I am pleased to announce that I am the owner of the The One's first epic flying mount.

I made the purchase on Friday evening with the total price being 5000g for the training and 200g for the mount.  I picked the Swift Blue Gryphon in honor of our talbard colors.

I was saving before TBC for this mount and had hoped to get it just after hitting 70 but I made a few purchases along the way from 60 to 70 which cut down my funds. I also purchased two epic crafting plans, The Gauntlets of the Iron Tower and Dirge. I sold these instead of keeping them, as I was frustrated with the new crafting system for TBC, as nearly all epic plans require primal nethers which are BoE and are something I do not have time to farm.

Themel's famous money belt contributed heavily to the purchase and as a result, I have broken the bank. Themel only has 25g now and will need to build his fortune anew.

But let me tell you... IT'S WORTH IT!

I am a freaking jet fighter! The speed is more or less equivilent to the speed that the flight path gryphons have. It's so fast that if you do not pause now and then the game doesn't have time to load the data for the mobs that are beneath you. It's totally addictive and my feet have barely touched the ground since. 

Keep a look out above you and watch the skies for a heavily armed streak of blue!

Camp Honourbound '07

Yet again it is time for the troops to gather. The Honourbound Alliance holds its 3'rd Real Life Meet, and this time it is the scandinavians turn to host.

The meet will take place Friday the 7'th to Sunday 9'th of september 2007. if you wish to join us Thursday and/or go home Monday, then just let me know, and I will arrange something.

It is gonna be a camp – so dont bring too many white jeans and short skirts – bring something warm for the evenings and something you can run around and play in ☺

Looking forward to seeing you all, and i am sure we will have loads of fun ☺

Things to think about and send answers to me soon:

• Can you sleep together with others ( the houses have 6 beds), either mixed or same sex ( we could do the girls and boys appart for the extra fun night-runs)
• If you prefer to sleep alone or with just 1 partner, can you then sleep in a tent, or do you actually prefer to sleep in a tent anyway.
• Are you allergic to anything, food, grass, whatever?
• Is there some things you dont eat ( like are you a vegitarian).
• If you go home Sunday then try and get a ticket late in the afternoon or in the evening - I am planning a trip around copenhagen on the Sunday, and it is quite hard to get to the airport early on the Sunday from the camp.
• Bring clothes for all weather- I am 99,99% sure it will be nice and sunny, but it might get a bit cold in the evenings.
• If you can/want, then bring a sleepingbag, if you prefer a duvet let me know so i have time to find some.
• Remember that mother nature is kind and not dangerous, dont be a wuss because it is camping! (-:
• Dig deep and find your inner boy/girl-scout - we are gonna have a blast!

The place costs about 400 pounds to rent, might be a bit more if we put up a lot of tents, but aprox 400 pounds.

wich means... cheeeeeap! atm I have 20 signups.. so what - around 20 pounds each for the lodging alone.. not all signups are certain, but either way it is cheap

food will be added when we get there.. i will do some shopping once I have all signups and know what ppl want to eat.

weekend is the 7 - 9'th sep :)in denmark and hopefully around 100 - 150 pounds per person for the weekend - but without numbers i cant say the accurate number yet

well first of all I would like to hear who would be interested in attending a meet like that - and as I said, it should a lot cheaper than a hotel - AND, what time of the summer is best for you.. I was thinking of august, so we are almost 100% sure of good weather.

General

As part of the THB's recent raid/group looting rule reform, we agreed to create raiding specification lists for each guild. Inclusion on the list means [you've declared to Elsheindra] your preferred raiding/group role (healer, tank, caster DPS, etc) and that you've read and agreed to the March 2007 raiding/looting rules so that you understand how that role affects when/where you should be allowed to roll on items in 5-mans and in raids.

You can declare your role and your agreement to the rules on [The One's THB Role List and Rule Agreement Signup Page]. Elsheindra will then add you. Future THB raid event leaders will set you to "spare/substitute" ('S' instead of 'P' for primary) if you do not appear on this list. This is a direct result of looting agreement problems arising out of Molten Core runs last year and has been agreed to by all participating THB guilds.

Although the number of level 70s we have is fairly small yet, what you may not realize is that almost all the of the level 70 raiding content (whether 10-person or 25-person) is going to require "keys". These "keys" are really in the form of attunement quest chains like for Molten Core, where every member of the raid must be attuned.

For Kharazan, everone needs the "Master's Key". The sequence goes as follows (basically adapted word-for-word from the Curse Gaming Guide):

1. The quest line for it starts right in front of the tower with a woman. She will give you two soloable quests which are done outside of the tower.
2. You must then travel to Dalaran and speak with a mage on the northern side of the city. You will then receive a quest to get the First Key Fragment from a container near Murmur in the Shadow Labyrinth (level 70 - Auchindoun wing).
3. Once you complete that quest, you are then instructed to retrieve the Second Key Fragment from The Arcatraz (level 70 - Tempest Keep wing) and the Third Key Fragment from Steamvault (level 70 - Colfang Reservoir wing).
4. After you collect all three fragments you must complete the Opening the Dark Portal (Escape from Durnholde must be completed first in order to be able to enter the Opening the Dark Portal) inside the Caverns of Time to have Medivh complete the key.

The part we've typically had trouble getting people through is the Black Morass bit (part of the Opening the Dark Portal). You'll need a decent group to do that. It's basically a set of 18 waves of nasties with several sub-bosses and little opportunity to rest up.
