Your representatives have a responsibility to help coordinate THB activities, attend meetings where they represent the guild, and help mediate in intra-alliance disputes.

There was a lengthy THB meeting today. Here is the summary of main points discussed for your information. The biggest things that apply directly to The One are the new Etiquette rules (which will be posted later), amendment to looting rules about balance druids rolling on DPS cloth, and Trovlard's going to be running Karazhan runs in rotation with people from other guilds.

Final Decisions/Major Points

1. Amendment to looting rules with respect to moonkins & balance leather: magical DPS druids get first choice on DPS cloth due to lack of balance leather drops in high-level instances. This to be revisited if the looting tables change.
2. Trisk (Tasanala) to investigate possibilities for replacing maintaining raid/group role lists in GEM either with a custom mod. to be developed for us or out of game/alternative mod. to GEM.
3. Trisk (Tasanala) and Twolf (Phoenix Legion) to move their GEM guild role lists from the wrong channel to the shared THB GEM channel.
4. Trisk (Tasanala) to remind Vassigo (Illidans Redemption) to check the Attuned to Karazhan list from time to time and remove people who have become attuned but who neglected to remove themselves from the not attuned list.
5. All guilds to check their guildmates to ensure everyone's running GEM 2.24 (current version) and get them upgraded. Can be downloaded from WoWKindness THB tab or from author's site at http://christophe.calmejane.free.fr/wow/gem
6. Grouping guilds together in pairs not acceptable for organizing Karazhan runs as it encourages divisions in THB.
7. Katsui (Roses of Dawn) to run this week's Karazhan run with Shazbot (Phoenix Legion) tenatively scheduled for the next week with Trovlard (The One) and Fladnag (Illidans Redemption - when attuned) to join.
8. Shortstop (AKA Gimlinox) to talk to Shazbot about why Shazbot has been late (and if this is likely to continue to be a problem) and if Shazbot is willing to lead or find a regular helper to lead. Shortstop to do this before next Tuesday and report back to Basil or Elsheindra.
9. info AT honourbound.org will mail both Basil and Elsheindra. Basil AT honourbound.org or Elsheindra AT honourbound.org can be used to mail either one individually.
10. All "new" THB raid events to be approved by THB senior reps via forum posting before being run to ensure sensible scheduling and that people are properly prepared to lead.
11. Retain one vote per guild for THB representatives in THB forum. All reps to be given accounts and can post/vote on behalf of their guild. If conflict between reps. in a guild, decision to guild leader. If leader is slow responding, guild could lose its vote. Proxy votes can be given to Basil or Elsheindra by e-mailing them. Basil or Elsheindra will post proxy note into the item then.
12. Senior reps to provide Elsheindra with a list of preferred usernames (primary character name) and e-mail addresses for their junior representatives. Elsheindra will create THB leader forum accounts and mail people. Mail to Elsheindra AT honourbound.org.
13. At this point in time, THB will not pursue its own shared voice communications. People are welcome to share the IR TeamSpeak server on raids where IR members present. Basil to get connection information from Dymmie.
14. Majority of guilds agreed on first draft of etiquette rules. An amendment was immediately suggested and also approved by the majority of guilds. Elsheindra to update the current draft as per last revision.
15. New, unknown guilds to be vetted by inviting them along on a few Molten Core runs. Have the applying guild coordinate in-game with Dezdemona (Tasanala's MC alt).
16. Circle of Elders application to be posted and invited to MC. Iron Monkeys to submit formal application similar to YoG application and then be handled next. Handling period to be collapsed to 3 weeks to clear backlog. Trisk (Tasanala) to get Iron Monkeys to submit application to info AT honourbound.org.
17. New guild applications to be considered one per month. Subsequent guilds to be queued and told their position in the queue.
18. THB representatives to ensure that guild bank details are correct on the "About the THB" general information page on the THB Leader forum.
19. THB representatives to remind their guilds that Onyxia Scale Cloaks are essential in BWL and not very useful for other people, so only make/give them to people intending on going to BWL.
20. Illidans Redemption to send Onyxia scales collected so far (2 per run) + 1 essence of fire (from Molten Core) to guild banks.
21. THB completed Molten Core, led by Illidans Redemption.Illidans Redemption intends to visit all the old major raiding instances in turn. Molten Core has been completed but runs will continue. AQ40, Blackwing Lair, and Naxxaramus up after that.
22. Next meeting mid-June with the exact date to be determined by forum polls posted by Elsheindra. People to consider procedure/mechanism for removing guilds from the THB.

Last night, Drennious, Trovlard, and Elsheindra were accompanied by Basil (Roses of Dawn) and Wibblefish (Wolfgrowls Company) to visit their first ever, for any of the five, heroic instance: Heroic Slave Pens. Have you heard heroic mode is hard? Well, it's pretty hard. Trovlard was taking 4000-point hits time after time after time. We wiped a fair number of times on just "trash mobs." Although we didn't finish the instance, because I had to go to bed, we did manage to down one boss and picked up the starting quest for the Serpentshire Caverns attunement.

I believe a good time was had by all!

Hey guys,

I've been thinking about this for a while. As you probably noticed I've moved my younger characters out of The One. Well now I think it's time for Riverfern to leave as well. I made a lot of good friends here, and i'm really glad to have met you all and levelled with you. I hope that there is no hard feelings, and i'll still be around in the honourbound chat and such. My laptop is currently dead so it will be a while before I can play WoW again but I hope to be able to say goodbye to you all in game before i leave. Good luck with everything.

Congratulations, Trovlard (L70 Paladin) and Drennious (L70 Hunter) on their recent promotion to Veteran status in the guild.

As a reward, Trovlard now gets to help lead Kharazan raids, with his first adventure coming up on June 7th. Good luck, Trov!

Hiya Guys,

Just saying a quick hello, and letting you guys know that I've become a Father!

Lily was born on Tuesday Morning at 8.38am Mother and Child (and Father!) are doing great.

I wanted to quickly say a big thank you to a couple of you guys (no names - don't want to embarrass the guilty... but, you know who you are) who have really helped me while we were trying for a kid, thanks for listening

Hopefully (if I've done this right) there should be a picture of Lily attached - If not can someone tell me how to do it!

Hopefully see you in game soon, I've being playing (when I can) on a alt called Babushja with a friend called Womchomp - so please say hello next time you see me online., any chance of an invite?
