Another month, another lengthy THB meeting. Here is a summary of hte main points discussed for your information. Big news is extra Karazhan runs per week.

Final Decisions/Major Points

1. GEM Role List Replacement (from last meeting): Tasanala prepared a web-based list but was told it wasn't fit-for-purpose as an in-game reference preferred. Shinytoaster has experience writing in-game mods, but probably has no time. For the moment, we'll continue to work with the GEM lists.
2. Ye Olde Geezers welcomed to THB.
3. Ye Olde Geezers to post their GEM role/rules accepted list when more people have had time to agree to the rules.
4. Continue to remind people to remove themselves from Karazhan "need attunement" list as they get attuned.
5. IR/PL/AA GEM role lists not showing/broken. IR/PL need to re-create theirs on the right channel. Mod allows you change the channel while editing but it doesn't actually "take."
6. Current Karazhan raid leader status: 2 leaders now, a new one "bedding in", and Fladnag hopefully up to speed soon.
7. Thanks to Athena Airways for arranging old-world attunement runs.
8. Raid leading is hard work and needs preparation. If people need advice then feel free to talk to those with experience.
9. Onyxia scale cloaks: Needed for BWL. Sign up for Onyxia runs if you're short on scales and talk to Tasanala. Note that the next BWL run is delayed by two weeks.
10. Majority of guilds agree to alter [Etiquette draft] to incorporate line that Blizzard's Terms and Conditions will be enforced on the channel. Basil to update the draft to include link to addendum, with that addendum page to contain links to the various Terms & Conditions.
11. Majority of guilds accept Circle of Elders as new guild in THB. Elsheindra to send out "welcome pack" after [Etiquette draft] updated.
12. Insufficient information available for a decision on Iron Monkeys. Remember to invite them along when groups short of people.
13. Majority of guilds in favour of starting up a second Karazhan run per week. Basil to ascertain dates the current leaders available.
14. Representatives to remind their guilds about raid lock-in: attending the first Karazhan raid group means you can't attend the other Karazhan raid.
15. Upcoming Gruul's Lair run is for light-hearted as will likely not succeed. Be aware that there will be repair costs and everyone can share them because no attunement required.
16. Representatives to remind people to sign up for Karazhan even if it's full. There's often a substitute of some sort invited. The more people we see signed up, the faster we'll get additional runs going.
17. Timing attunement runs, especially for MC/BWL/Onyxia, a few days prior to the raid leads to increased attendance.
18. Procedure defined for removing guilds from the alliance subject to to draft vote being approved by guild leaders. Gist of it is a request plus reasons are made to THB Co-coordinators who validate the reason. If the reason is validated, the two (or more) guild leaders in question enter mediation with third-party mediators. If the issue isn't resolved there, a request is made for a seconder to remove the guild. If seconded, a meeting of guild leaders is called to discuss/vote on the issue, using a net votes policy requiring a 2/3rds quorum (including requester, seconder, and guild under discussion).
19. A request for discussion/voting on current representative structure as current structure felt to be unnecessary and demoralising with the distinction between junior/senior representative. Discussion was deferred. Request for proposals on organizing of THB representatives requested for discussion at next meeting, i.e. senior/junior represenatives, etc.
20. A proposal was put forward to rotate meeting chairing amongst guilds. It was decided to discuss this further on the forum and then revisit at the next meeting.
21. Next meeting date: end of Julyish. Elsheindra to post post on possible dates/times.
