The London One Meet Is Successful

The One (plus a token Roses of Dawn) had an impromptu get together in London this past weekend, taking advantage of Schnurbart and Aiedail being in the country from Denmark.

Attendees included:

The intrepid group of 9 met at Covent Garden station and headed off for a nummy noodle lunch at Wagamama, followed by a very educational trip to the Science Museum. Dinner was at the Gourmet Burger Kitchen, followed by some jollification at Punch 'n Judy at Covent Garden.

See the pictures and get the real One experience at Real Life Guild meet up.

PS: Rumour has it that there will be a South Coast meet at the end of May. Stay tuned for details!

Team Terracotta Continues to Terrorize Zul'Aman
Last changed: Mar 19, 2008 18:20 by Elsheindra
Labels: thbnews, zateamterracotta

Team Terracotta (running on Wednesday evenings only) continues to try to terrorize the denizens of Zul'Aman, led by the intrepid Wandjina/Basil (Roses of Dawn).

The Team has generally been quite successful in the calendar month. On one recent adventure, they took down the Eagle boss in about 12 minutes from the start of the instance and then attempted the bear boss, but not quite managing to do them both and get both timed rewards. Ah well, it's in the cards and will happen yet!

March also saw Team Terracotta tackle Jan'Alai, the Dragonhawk boss, for the first time. Last night's run (Wednesday) was our third attempt and we think we'll lick it next week.

Now, if only I could get the bosses to drop some useful druid healing gear instead of useless plate and mail. (-: Stay tuned for more exciting Team Terracotta adventures from your local RadioEin™ affiliate station!

Meet Karazhan's Team Tangerine
Last changed: Mar 19, 2008 19:24 by Elsheindra
Labels: karateamtangerine, thbnews

The Honourbound Alliance is pleased to announce the recent formation of Team Tangerine, a semi-fixed Karazhan team running on Sunday evenings. This team, designed specifically for those Honourbound members in inconvenient time zones or normally unable to participate in weekday evening runs, is led by Kariandra (L70 Warrior, The One) and Popcorn (L70 Warrior, The One).

On their first visit on Sunday, March 9th, Team Tangerine was able to take down Attumen/Midnight and Moroes, both on the first attempt. The Team then ventured onwards to try Maiden, but probably had too much melee DPS.

Tangerine was on vacation this past Sunday. There is a run posted on GEM for Easter Sunday. If sufficient people sign-up, the run will go this Sunday. So if you're DPS or a healer and looking for a Karazhan drop-in spot, consider Team Tangerine. If you haven't already been to Karazhan, please ensure you meet the specifications described on the Karazhan raid info page.
