I've just posted details of the next big all-THB meeting being planned for the end of July/beginning of August by Basil (Roses of Dawn) and myself in the London area. We're collecting initial information. Timelines look something like this:

• By 1st April, copies of this post in the various guild forums.
• By 25th April, initial feedback of interested people to Basil.
• By 2nd May, date picked and a provisional list of attendees available for posting to all guilds' forums. Firmer guess at costs available.
• By 30th May, confirmed list of attendees back to Basil.
• By 13th June, details of venue, timeline etc. released for distribution incl. costs. Those who haven't signed up have a last chance to try and avoid the bad luck of missing out
• By 20th June, final confirmations of attendees back to Basil.
