Lunar Festival has had it´s starting hours.
People are running arround shooting fireworks.

There is a GEM event for The One Lunar Elder Coin Festival on Wednesday evening at 20:00 server time. Everyone in The One (with an appropriate level character as you can't get to all of these places!) is welcome to come. The plan is to start in one zone and then carry on. We'll start in Kalimdor first.
The Elder in Gun'drak, the one in Eck's room, can only be found in heroic mode, since he ain't there in normal mode. Just so you know yo.
Coords are just a little off.. but I was happy to find a list of the maps they were found..

You may want to chage your information for Elder Ohanzee in Gundrak.
He is only able to be reached in Heroic Mode not normal mode according to a Blizz confirmation today.
Ecks room is locked and not accessible in normal mode.
Clarification for the Undercity one - It's really in the Ruins of Lordaeron, not in the city itself. (ie NOT Sylvanas' throne room)
