We've reached the end of the temporary Naxx teams, formed up by splitting the initial successful Naxxramus team led by Cannonfodder (Ye Olde Geezers). Team Pink, led by Basil (Roses of Dawn), is now regularly going to 10-person Naxxramus on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In their first week, they managed to clear the Arachnid Quarter, the Plague Quarter, the Military Quarter, and are most of the way through the Construct/Abomination quarter with only Thaddius left to kill.
Team Vermillion, led by Ally (Roses of Dawn), is running on Sundays only. They had their first run on January 25th, where they got off to a decent start by downing Anub'Rekhan and Faerlina in the Arachnid quarter and Noth the Plaguebringer. I expect they'll do better next Sunday as they'll have more time and their complete team.
The third team is Team Coal, led by Cannonfodder (Ye Olde Geezers). This is a new team and they'll be starting this week. Good luck to them.
All in all, Naxxramus 10-person is going extremely well. Nice work, Honourbounders!

But with my work schedual I can never be serten of when I can go.

We are able to accommodate people who do shiftwork if either we can pair them up with someone else or if their shiftwork patterns are predictable at least some of the time. Talk to Basil about your work patterns and he'll make a note of it for when people are forming new teams.
There's also the possibility of tagging along as a replacement some weeks if you know you're available and there's a gap. Keep an eye on the GEM events.
