It's just over three weeks till the guild's 4th Birthday, so it's a good time to start thinking about how we want to celebrate this special event.

First issue of party planning is Day and Time. the guild's birthday is actually a wednesday, but is that the most suitable day for a party? We need to try and pick a day/time that's convenient for as many people as possible!

Second issue to think about is location, any suggestions? It could be a spot that has some significance to the guild, or it could just be a nice looking place with good atmosphere, examples Ashenvale, where the guild's 3rd Birthday was held (see that little slice of it up the top there?) or Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris, where the 2nd Birthday party was held (Who doesnt like a beach party?)

When thinking of a location, remember that there needs to be plenty of space for whatever activities happen, and remember to consider accessability too. (generally it should be open to people of any level, and they shouldnt need any special mounts or tricks to get there )

Actual date of the guild birthday is 25 February btw. (But you all knew that already, right?)
