General - Ranks

General

Every organization has its hierarchy and the Guild is no exception. Our hierarchy of ranks and responsibilities is still very much in development.

The Ranks

At the moment, we have the following ranks (in decreasing order of seniority):

  • Guild Master: The head of the guild. Can only be one person. That's me: Elsheindra@WoWKindness.com
  • Guild Officer: Senior members of the guild. Guild officers are responsible for aiding with the day-to-day running of the guild inside of the game. They can invite new members on your behalf, demote/promote members, and help mediate disputes. In addition to the mail system in the game, each officer listed below also has an e-mail address@wowkindness.com which is simply Character@WoWKindness.com if you need to contact one of them out of the game.
  • Guild GIS Agent: This is a new position created for people assisting the officers in the running of the guild by overseeing various activities, like the Guild Bank, teamwork training, low-level instance coordinating, etc.
  • Guild Veteran: Someone who has been in the guild for an extended period of time who is deemed responsible and capable of doing whatever needs to be done. This person might be in training to become a guild officer, a GIS agent, or just a team leader.
  • Guild Member: Anyone who has successfully passed their initiate period and is a regular member of the guild. This will be the majority of people and they form the heart of the guild. Members can sponsor new people by asking their friends to fill out an Application form on our web site. There's a space on the form for someone to indicate their sponsor.
  • Guild Initiate: Someone applying to join the guild and currently in their trial period. They have a mentor (or sponsor) who is already a full member in the guild and who tries to help them fit into the guild.
