As it seems, some of our low lvl members / alts can use some extra bags

To craft one 14 slot runecloth bag, our tailors will need 25 runecloth and 2 rugged leather. Matherials for at least 10 runecloth bags must be gathered during the run

So here is the event :

Date: 06.04.2006 Thursday
Time: 20.30 Game Time
Meeting Spot: Southshore FlightPath
Duration: As long as you like (if droprates are low, we can stop before we get 250 runecloth, if high, we can get even more )
Players: All lvl 50+ chars, who would like to come are invited, lower lvl chars will have a hard time in Plaguelands

Money and loot from the run will be sent to players, or sharded if not needed, and money from shards and useless(grey) drops will be used for our Mount Fund for characters that reach lvl 40 and need some aid getting their mounts.

The gathered materials will be given to our tailors, who will benefit most from making the bags (lvling their Tailoring skill).

This is the plan so far, I'm opened for any ideas

The event started off with a bang!

I was fortunate enough to partake in this miraculous event as it began to unfold. We the bunch of us (5 in total) rode hard and true from Southeshore upriver yonder to the plagued lands of the west.

After a stop of breath air at Chillwind Camp the group was bound and determined and decided to warm up on some Scarlet Crusade campers. They were not happy campers when we went through them. Runecloth was dropping aplenty and despite several moving please for self destruction we finally made our way to the main engagement area - Hearthglen.

The two fellows at the gate were kind enough to let us in; though it should be pointed out they were at first very inquisitive of our lower leveld members. Shekin quickly helped us persuade them that her papers were in fact in order. We proceeded to lay waste to their siege crews next to the hulking catapults. Why? Were we expecting them to move back by force of army? Perhaps, perhaps it helped us get some runecloth. The answer may forever elude us. We finally struck true and took the village's ruling chambers. Where each of us in turn found something even sillier to convey than the last person up had felt at all expected.

At this point (The HIGH point!) of the event I was regrettably spirited away by the hideous banshees of the thing called RL. Sadly I departed the fierce group of warriors I fought beside and wished them well on their journey.

To sum it up: The grand adventures of the small band of freedom (or runecloth) fighters has again saved the galaxy!

Thank you Sonardkbadak for a lovely event! I'm sure the high ideal of this joyous journey was successfully upheld in that we got a whole buncheon of runecloth before the event was done.
