Blackrock Spire is actually made up of two separate dungeon areas: Lower Blackrock Spire (LBRS) and [Upper Blackrock Spire (UBRS)]. In order to gain access to UBRS, you need to complete a series of quests in LBRS. These dungeons are the source of some of the Tier 0 and Tier 0.5 armour sets for most classes. There are quests for 5-man groups and some raid quests. Both instances will support groups of up to 10 people.
